4. Final Settlement must be within 45-60 approx. days. Time is of the essence.

6. Seller has the right to accept or reject the final bid.
7. $10,000.00 Deposit is Non – Refundable
8. $10,000.00 Cashiers Check Should Be Made Payable to Yourself. You Will Then Endorse the Check over to the Auctioneer When you are the Successful Bidder. The $10,000.00 goes Towards the Buyers Premium.
