TERMS OF SALE:
Property will be sold with a guarantee of marketable and insurable title.
A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final sale price.
Buyer will pay 10% of the final sales price as deposit with contract, and will pay the balance in full at closing, prior to December 31, 2009 or such date and time as may be arranged with the Seller.
