TERMS:

Dealers - Must have current 2009 sales tax number on file with the cashier,  Day Of Auction, for NO Buyers Premium and NO Sales Tax. 

Otherwise,  all Buyers will be subject to a 13% Buyers Premium (3% discount for cash/check) AND 7% Florida Sales Tax. NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!!!
