We have been commissioned to sell the real estate of the Betty Amos Estate at auction.

There is a 1989 Commodore 14’ x 70’ mobile home. The home has three bedrooms and one full bath, kitchen/dining area and a full living room. In addition to the home there is a second mobile home that is presently used for storage. This property consists of 1.64 acres. There is a drilled well and a septic system located on the property in the rear of the second home.

Sales method: We will first offer the main mobile home separate from the rest of the property; we will then offer the property separate; third, we will offer them as one unit. The method generating the highest total bid amount will determine how it will be sold.
