Tract I:  80 acres m/l.  This tract has 73.3 tillable acres.  It has an average CSR of 39. The corn base is 11.5 acres, yielding 98 bu/acre. The bean base is 7.9 acres with a yield of 24 bu./acre.  This Tract has a pasture / hay crop history. Legal description:  NW SE, NE SE Section 21, Wayne Twp, Monroe Co, Iowa.
