It is advised that you call the facilities late Wednesday afternoon to see which locations still have delinquents to be sold. Owners can and do pay up at the last minute.

The auction circuit takes about 2 hours so dress comfortable.
Some units are large and some are small. Many packed full with Household furnishings, tools, furniture, office, decor, etc, etc. Some units may have only a handful of items.
The units are sold in their entirety. Buyers must immediately pay for the units and COMPLETELY CLEAN THE UNITS OUT within 48 hours. Or simply rent the units an extra month if you need more time.
These units are being sold ABSOLUTE with no minimums and no Buyers Premium.
