Sofa, Love-seat, Table, Chairs, Toys, Mirror, Headboard, Cable dish, Mattress, Bike, Computer desk, Clothes, Metal bed frame, Luggage bag, Toaster, Shelves, End table

Coffee tables, Dishes, Car seat, Iron board, Speakers, Tools, Stroller and all other listed Items in and on said property.

1.  All Items are Sold in One (1) Lot, "As Is, Where Is" and there is no warranty, either implied, written or verbal as to the condition, accuracy or value of any item sold.

2.  All sales are final

3.  California Sales Tax is charged

4.  All Sales subject to 15% Buyer's Premium

5.  Payment is by Cash only.

6.  Items are not to be removed until paid for.

7.  All Items MUST be Removed by Two (2) hours after the Auction unless prior arrangements are made with Auctioneer.
