The property to be sold is sold in an "as is, where is" condition. There are no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied by Seller, auctioneer, MFG, distributors, or employees of Fusco Auctions. All purchase must be removed by 4pm on the day of auction. If more time is needed please make arrangements with auctioneer PRIOR TO BIDDING.
No adjustments will be made on any item for any reason whatsoever. All descriptions of vehicles, equipment, tools, parts, machines, general or specific merchandise, are for reference only. The Buyer has the final obligation to determine the size, condition, shape, year, make, model, and value of each item. All sales are final!
A 10% Buyers' Premium will apply on all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid Arizona Resale Certificate at the time of registration.
All purchases must be settled in full immediately following the end of Auction by CASH ONLY.
