Home is being sold as is, how is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. Any inspections will be at the buyers' expense and to be done by December 2, 2009.

The home will be open for viewing Sunday, November 29 from 2-4 PM, Wednesday, December 2 from 5-7 and 1 hour prior to the auction.

This is a reserve auction. It is sold by confirmation of the highest bid by the executor of the estate. There will be a $2500.00 earnest deposit in cash or registered check the day of the auction. The deposit is non-refundable if the buyer(s) do not close on or before January 5, 2010. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the bid price to establish the contract price. Agent will entertain offers until 72 hours prior to the auction.
