The SW ¼ 18-5-5, Lincoln Township, Washington County, Kansas.

This farm is 150 acres, more or less, with 83.4 acres terraced cropland, with the rest being native grass hay meadow and a few acres wildlife habitat. There is a pond and a small creek. All the cropland was in soybeans this year and will be open for spring crops. The southwest corner of the farm is the intersection of 3rd Road and Xavier Road.
The estimated FSA bases and yields are 28 acres wheat, 33 bushels; 43 acres milo, 64 bushels; and 11 acres soybeans, 22 bushels. The 2008 taxes were $796.84.

The NE ¼ 19-5-5, Lincoln Township, Washington County, Kansas.
This farm is 160 acres, more or less, with 81.8 acres terraced cropland, with the rest being native grass pasture and the old farmstead. There is a hay shed, a small machine shed, and several other older buildings. The 8.5 acre and 33.9 acre fields are planted to wheat. The 6.4 acre field in the northwest corner and the 32.9 acre field in the southeast corner were in milo this year. The northeast corner of the farm is the intersection of 3rd Road and Yankee Road.
The estimated FSA bases and yields are 27 acres wheat, 33 bushels; 42 acres milo, 64 bushels; and 10 acres soybeans, 22 bushels. The 2008 taxes were $910.21.

These farms are located southeast of Greenleaf, or southwest of Barnes; 1 mile north and 4-5 miles east of the old town of Kimeo, or ½-1 mile west of St. Peter’s Church (red roof).

Terms: Ten (10) percent down, the balance due in 30 days. Possession at closing, subject to the rights of the tenant to harvest the 2010 wheat crop. The Buyer will receive the landlord’s (2/5) share of the wheat and pay the landlord’s share of the crop expenses.
