Terms: A deposit of $5,000.00 in the form of cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or other form of payment agreeable to the Mortgagee, will be required to be delivered at or before the time a bid is offered. The successful bidder will be required to execute a written memorandum of sale, immediately after the close of bidding. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid upon delivery of the Foreclosure Deed to the purchaser within forty-five days of the sale date. The Mortgagee reserves the right to bid at the sale, to reject any and all bids, to continue the sale and to amend the terms of the sale by written or oral announcement made before or during the foreclosure sale and such change or changes will be binding upon all prospective bidders.
