Mike has recently married and moved to Kentucky. He will be offering for sale his home and forty (40) acres, some household contents and a lot of miscellaneous items stored in the barns. Dixon Auction Service will be selling the listed items to the highest bidder regardless of price.
DIRECTIONS: From Hwy. 60 west of Dexter, MO., take the Route AD exit then south to the South Outer Road, then west to Three Mile Road (County Road 637). Take CR 637 south to County Road 640 (dead end). Turn right (west) on CR 640 and go one mile to auction site. Watch for our auction signs.
