We have been asked to sell at public auction the collections and inventory of Owen "Ottie" Cowan, a longtime resident of Urbana, Ohio who passed away this last Spring.  "Ottie" was an active collector of a wide variety of paper and ephemera items.  He was a regular attendee at local area auctions and estate sales.  He gathered a large hoard of local Champaign County memorabilia plus a wide variety of items of interest.  We have removed these items and will sell them at public auction to the highest bidder at the
