Terms: 
Public Auction 
Successful bidder will submit a $5,000 cashiers check for non-refundable down payment on auction day.
Broker Participation: Available at 2%, with at least 48 hour notice.
Closing: Approximately 30-45 days after auction. Will accept cash on day of closing.
Buyers Premium: A 10% premium will be added to the high bid. That will equal the total price.
Example: A bid of $100,000 + 10% or $10,000 = $110,000 total price. Buyers Premium to be paid at closing.
