It has a two car detatched garage. The personal represenative is motivated to sell and close this estate. Property was appraised in July of 2009 and is available for your inspection. TERMS: This property is to be sold to the highest bidder at 1:00 PM and not subject to any contingencies. Property will be sold as-is. The estate reserves the right to accept or reject all offers. Taxes are $1,686.00 and will be prorated. Buyer will be required to execute an offer to purchase contract at the auction. Earnest money of $3,000.00 will be required in the form of a cashier's check on the day of sale made out to the buyer.
