Lot with Improvements thereon and owned by Susan Wilson and Elizabeth Gene Wilson) will be offered at Public Auction to sell as one unit and subject to the Owner’s Confirmation. There will be open bidding as determined by the Auctioneer.
DOWN PAYMENT: 10% Down payment on auction Day with balance due in Cash at Closing. Down Payment may be made in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check or Corporate Check. Your Bidding is not conditional upon financing, so be sure you have that arranged, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at closing.
TAXES: Said Property (Parcel 50-06-210-521.000-29) is currently $306.80 for the year 2008, payable in 2009, with Homestead and Mortgage exemptions.
