TERMS OF AUCTION
TERMS: Successful purchaser to pay 10% down day of auction with the balance due on or before December 7, 2009.
TAXES: Real estate taxes to be prorated to day of closing.
FINAL BID: Property to sell subject to the confirmation of the Personal Representatife of the Estate.
POSSESSION: Purchaser to have possession day of closing.
Financing: PROPERTY WILL NOT BE SOLD SUBJECT TO FINANCING. Any Financing must be arranged prior to auction.
IMPROVEMENTS: All improvements to be sold in "AS IS" condition. There are no Warranties or Guarantees concerning the property, Physical, or Mechanical Components made by the Seller, Seller’s Representative, Auctioneers or Auction Company.
