TERMS: Each property will have non-refundable bidders deposit required on each at conclusion of real estate auction in the form of cash or cashiers check. Balance due in full within 30 days at settlement. All taxes to be pro-rated at final settlement. Sale subject to any easements or rights-of-way of record. Real estate being sold as is without warranty of any type "Sellers do guarentee good title". Real estate being sold in gross and not by the acre. All Real estate will be available for inspection of any type prior to the auction. This is a cash transaction and not subject to financing. Sellers reserve the right to approve final bids on some property & some will sell "Absolute"...... 5% buyers premium on each property.
