This unit has all the dies, manuals as well as CustomMufflerCenter Interactive Vehicle Design Software powered by Wheelware and the BendData Express v2.0 exhaust management tool software.
This bender allows you to bend tube diameters up to 3” O.D. 14 gauge to specific angels and radii. It also performs tube end-forming with the appropriate expander units and tooling equipped on your bender.
The automatic controls bend depth through the digital control box and shaft encoder. The operator simply keys in the degree of the bend depth on the digital keyboard and pushes the move button to start the bending procedure. Once the desired bend depth is reached, the system automatically retracts the bending die and the back shoes close. The unit has automatic foot controls that allow you to jog or move in either direction.
