Beautiful Birdseye Maple wood, early 1900’s dinning room set w/two matching china cabinets, each one is 6 ˝ ft tall, 3ft wide, 16in deep, has buffet w/brass splash back, 5 ˝ ft long, 3ft tall, 22in deep, table also has leaves, this set has six chairs and two captains chairs, for a total of eight chairs, in all, w/upholstered seats, material has floral design, including matching side server, 35in long, 33in tall, 16in deep; Continental, 1930’s footed cedar hope chest; Martha Washington Mahogany wood sewing cabinet; Newer Oak wood round pedestal dinning table w/four chairs;  Mahogany wood candle stick table, 1930’s; Victorian Mahogany wood pedestal parlor table; Mahogany wood rocker; Early ladder back chair w/rush seat; Mahogany wood hallway chair; 1950’s upholstered arm chair;  Victorian parlor armed chair, w/needlepoint seat and back, has Mahogany wood carved frame; Early 1900’s rocking chair w/upholstered back and seat; Needlepoint foot stool’s; Mahogany wood three tiered end table; Early 1900’s kitchen storage cupboard; Wood foot stool; Decorative pillows and cushions.

Sale Evening.  Doors open at 6:00 P.M.

All items purchased at the auction must be paid for in full the day/evening of the auction in the form of Cash, Master/Visa Cards, Am Ex Card, Discover Card, or Bank Debit Cards. No personal or business checks will be accepted, nor travelers checks.   All sales are subject to federal, state and local tax laws.

BUYER PREMIUM INFORMATION

There will be a 5% buyer premium when making payment by charge or by bank debit cards.  When paying by “Cash”, no buyer premium will be charged.  Thank You!

All items included in all JC Auctions, are being sold “As Is” The clerk’s records of all sales are absolute and final.  No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.  Proof of Re-Sale Tax number will be required to be seen by us, dealers, bring a copy.  No exemption without!  All buyers shall be responsible for goods after sold to them.  All merchandise must be removed day/evening of sale.  Antique items are sold for collectors display purpose only.  Not to be used or played with by children. This is In compliance with the Federal Consumers Law.
