Guns buyers will be required to sign an affidavit stating that they are Missouri residents, not a felon, are over 21, have not been deemed mentally incompetent by any court and are not drunk. Those wishing to bid on the guns who live in any other state than Missouri, are agreeing to have the guns transfered via a dealer holding a Federal Firearms License, and to pay $25 per gun for said transfers. There will be no exceptions to the gun policy.
