As always there is too much to list, come see for yourself. Includes general merchandise: furniture, glassware, kitchenwares, appliances, miscellaneous tools, etc - anything you can imagine.
At the end of the auction we will have a drawing for $20 off your bill. When you register, your number will be put into the drawing. You must be present to win, one entry into the drawing per registered bidder, the winnings are not transferrable and good only for this Saturday, you will not receive cash back if you spend less than $20.

We are located in Waterford, Michigan. between Art Van Furniture and Midas, across from KMart. approximately 5 miles south of I-75.
This is a non-smoking facility with a snackbar.

We are not responsible for accidents to goods after sold. All items Sold “As Is, Where Is” with no warranties or guarantees. All items must be removed the day of the sale unless other arrangements are made. All sales will be charged 6% Michigan Sales Tax. Dealers must bring a copy of their current State of Michigan 2010 Sales Tax License.
