Our Saturday 11-28-09 antique auction will include antiques, collectibles and antique furniture from Georgia and the Midwestern US. Please note that we will be adding photos through Friday 11-27-09!
* Auction Location *
The auction house is located south of Cleveland, Georgia at 6418 Hwy 129 South across from the Golf Cart store and next door to Rubens Outlet. * Preview 5PM Until Auction *
Auction will be held in a modern non-smoking climate controlled 4000 square foot building. With plenty of comfortable seating and a great snack bar for when you get hungry or thirsty. Starting auction with antique furniture and primitives at 6PM. I expect this to be a 4 hour auction.
* Auctions Terms *
A bidding number is required to bid and can be obtained by furnishing proper ID when checking in. A buyer's premium of 8% is charged which is discounted to 5% for cash or "good" Georgia check. Sales tax applies to all purchases unless you are tax exempt! If you are tax exempt please be prepared to fill out a tax exempt form. All merchandise to be paid for the night of the auction. With nothing removed from the building before payment!
* Auction Pickup *
Help will be available for pickup on Sunday afternoon following each of my antique auctions. If you can't pickup on Sunday please let Connie or myself know as soon as possible after the auction! As Connie holds 3 regularly scheduled auctions each week. Need storage for the antiques that you buy? Skitt Mountain Storage is located on the same property as the auction house. Please ask about "free" delivery into the Atlanta area if you can't haul an item purchased at one of my antique auctions!

As in years past most of my furniture will be cleaned, polished and ready for your home or shop! Please note that unlike many antique auction haulers I don't bid on my own items! Plus I don't have "ANY" fixed reserves and will pass on very few items regardless of auction price. As I know from experience that if an auction buyer gets a true bargain he or she will be back for my next auction. Please ask about "free" delivery into the Atlanta area if you can't haul an item! As always my motto is to treat everyone as I would want to be treated!!!
