The living estate of Mrs. Irene H. Shaneyfelt will be offered at this auction, including 8acres+/- and the two bedroom house located at 815 Austinville-Flint Road in Southwest Decatur.

Directions: From Beltline Road at Spring Avenue in Decatur go south past Wal-Mart for apprx. 1 1/4 mile into a sharp left curve, property is on the right as you pass this curve.  Signs mark the spot.  Frontage on Day Road and Austinville-Flint Road. From Hwy 31 across from N. Alabama Regional Hospital turn onto Mill Street, continue west and follow "AUCTION" signs to site. Plenty of parking is available in the yard--PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!!!

We will be offering a variety of items ranging from old Christmas decorations to NASCAR collectibles.  Some old furniture will be included as will the range and clothes washer.  A Cable brand upright piano, retro chrome leg kitchen table, Fire King and lots of other glassware and kitchen ware will be sold.  Period ladies hats, porcelain dolls and a World War II dress uniform will enhance the offerings also. More is being unboxed as this goes to press.  Come back to this site soon and see what we have added.
