A deposit of $1,000.00 in Cash or Certified Funds (Certified funds should be made payable to yourself,
if you are not the high bidder on any of the properties you can then re-deposit the check into your account)
is required, in order to receive a bid card. If you are not a successful bidder the deposit will be returned to you.
All sales must be paid in full day of sale! We will be at the sale location until 3:00 PM
Sales of $1,000.00 or less must be paid in cash! Sales over $1,000.00 are first $1,000.00 in cash or certified funds,
the remaining balance is payable in cash, cash equivalent or personal/company check. Bank checks should be
made payable to Tranzon Bippus. No sales can be made on a time-payment plan.
