Sale Terms: ID sales tax as applicable. Cash or approved check, VISA or MC (only), day of Auction. A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to determine the selling price on all equipment. The same 5% premium will be discounted by cash or check payment made day of sale. Please bring a bank letter of credit for major purchases. NOTE! No items may be removed until satisfactory payment has been made! Seller and/or Booker Auction Co. reserves the right to maintain possession of any item sold until funds (checks, drafts, or purchase orders) are verified. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT RECOURSE. All advertising information was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to assure accuracy, the seller and Booker Auction Co., shall not be liable for errors and/or omissions. Announcements made by the Auctioneer at the time of the auction take precedence over printed matter. Titled Vehicle Terms: Titles for vehicles purchased will be transferred within 45 days of Auction, or upon receipt of required purchaser signatures and/or documentation (i.e. scale weights, UBI #, etc.) unless held by a secured party. There will be a $35.00 Buyer’s Premium added to the purchase of all titled equipment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
