With this brochure, the J.Yagle Auction Company extends a very cordial invitation to you to be present for this unique public auction of 5 farms in one day. The acreage of the total auction consists of nearly 700 acres. Some of the best cropland in Daviess County will be in the sale along with land and buildings for livestock and also recreational land.
Several of the farms have excellent building sites. The auction of farms #1, #2, #3, #4 will start a 9 am and should conclude by noon. Due to the nature of farm #5 and the number of tracts that will be offered, the auction of farm #5, will start at 2 pm.The Sellers are highly motivated and are offering Farms #1, #2, #3, #4 at "Absolute Auction". The auction of all of the farms will be held at the Gasthoff Restaurant in Montgomery.
Inspection date for Farms #1, #2, #3 will be Sat., May 31, 9 to 11 am. Representative from theYagle Auction Company will be on location at farm #2 to answer questions and distribute additional literature. Inspection dates for Farms #4 & #5 will Sat. May 31 & June 1, from 1 to 4. Representatives will be on location at farm #5 to answer questions and will have additional information available.We encourage anyone interested in bidding on farm #5 or any of the tracts to come to one of the inspection dates. There will be additional information available, at inspection, to help a buyer in making an educated decision as to purchasing any of the tracts or the complete farm.
