Terms of  Sale- Cash or good check if bidder known to and approved by David Allen (License #5600) of Music City Auction (TN FL #4976). Otherwise cash only, unless check is accompanied by a bank letter of credit applicable to said sale. Payment due day of sale, or within 5 days if by absentee bidder. Absentee bids accepted ($50 minimum per item). Items must be removed 2 hours after conclusion of sale unless other arrangements have been made with Music City Auction. All persons seeking a bid number must show current photo ID (driver’s license) and provide correct, current address and phone number. 13% Buyer’s Premium will be charged on every item (10% if payment by cash or check). 9.25% TN State sales tax will be collected on all sales. Dealers will provide a current copy of tax exempt certificate for Music City Auction records in order to waive sales tax. All announcements made day of sale take precendent over any printed material. When the auctioneer says “Sold” the item becomes the property of the successful bidder, even if the item has not been paid for. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of terms, whether or not you read or understand said terms.
