LOCATION DESCRIPTION
The property is located on Eisenhower Parkway in Macon, Georgia, approximately 80 miles southeast of Atlanta. Eisenhower Parkway is a primary thoroughfare connecting I-475 and I-75. Macon Mall, a 1.4 million sf mall, is located 1/2 mile away.
New development has taken place to the west (near I-475) and to the north (near I-75 and I-16). Additional vacancy lies to the east on Eisenhower Pkwy, however, the subject site is the only freestanding building available on its own parcel, offering a new user complete control.
Macon is located in Central Georgia and the city has a population of approximately 100,000 while the MSA's population is more than 225,000. Korean tire manufacturer Kumho Tire Co., Inc. recently announced it will locate its first US manufacturing facility in Macon. The new 1.3 million sf plant will be located on the southern part of town and will create 450 jobs and $240 million in investment.
