Auctioneers Commnts:We have been authorized by the Trust Department of Farmers Bank & Capital Trust Company in Frankfort, KY., to sell the farms of the late Mr. Wooten.
The auction will be conducted on tract 3 on Farm 1. Parking will be available on this tract.
Both of the farms have prime locations, being in the eastern section of Anderson County. These farms have been in the same family for years. This is a once in a life time opportunity to be able to purchase such prime property at absolute auction.
Farm - 1
This farm contains 99.39 +/- acres and will be offered in 5 tracts with the right to regroup and sell as a whole. When all tracts have been offered the total of the five tracts will be announced. The farm will then be offered as a whole and the total amount of the five tracts must be raised $5,000.00. Buyers Premium will not be added to the total of the tracts unless they sell in tracts. Should the farm sell as a whole the Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid.

TERMS: Purchaser(s) will be required to deposit 10% the day of the auction with the auction purchase contract(s) and the balance will be due on or before June 30th, 2008. Announcements the day of the auction will take precedence over printed or verbal information. A 7% Buyers Premium will be added to the final bids to determine the sale price if sold in tracts or the farms should they sell as a whole.
