A $5000.00 earnest money deposit is due to be paid in cash or good check made payable to Auction Ohio on the date and time of auction. The buyer must perform all inspections, research, and due diligence prior to bidding to purchase this Real Estate on, or before, the date of auction. The Buyer must settle in full and close this transaction with no buyer contingencies on, or before 30 days from the date of the auction. All signed Buyer Broker agency agreements must be received by Auction Ohio no later then 5:00 PM, January 19, 2009 or all buyers in attendance on the date of auction will be considered self represented. The Buyer must sign all property disclosure forms and the Real Estate Auction purchase agreement as required by Ohio Real Estate Auction Law.
