Come early and get registered and inspect items of interest. All Sales are Final. Your bid is a contract and is legally binding. You are responsible for payment of all items purchased with your bidder card number or name. All items are sold one time to the highest bidder unless we have a tied bid then we will reopen the bid between the tied party only and the auctioneers man will be favored. By law, when the auctioneer says "Sold," the item becomes the property and responsibility of the bidder. At that time, the bidder is wholly responsible for the item. Again, the Auction Company assumes no responsibility for loss or theft, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to pay for the item regardless of loss or theft. There is no warranty whatsoever on any item. All bidders are encouraged to inspect all items prior to the auction. CLC Auction Services is acting as an agent for the seller only. Every item is sold as is and with all known faults and unknown faults. All sales are subject to sales tax. Dealers must provide copiy of state issued tax exemption certificate at auction time, or will be subject to pay the sales tax. We reserve the right to reject any and all checks without a bank letter. We must also have a Valid Drivers License accompany the check. Bad checks will be immediately turned over to the prosecutor for collection with penalties allowed by law. All debts must be settled within 1 hour of the conclusion of the auction. We ask that you not expect to be checked out until after 11:AM and it will take approximately 30 to 45 minutes after you buy an item for the clerk ticket to arrive in the office. Please be patient. All items must be removed from the premises by times given. Loading is available on sale day till 6:PM, Sunday 1:PM till 5:PM and on Monday 9:AM till 5:PM. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Try to remove all your items as soon as you can. Bring boxes for smaller items so you can keep up with them better. Do not take anything that doesn't belong to you. You are more than welcome to begin disassembling your items at any time. But, you must pay for your items prior to removing them from the premises.
