Description: We have been commissioned by Mr. William Newman to sell his personal property located in Bossier Parish to the highest bidder on May 17, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Newman's wife died about three years ago and he has decided to move out of town closer to his Daughter due to health reasons. Mr. Newman worked for NASA, and retired from United Parcel Service. He also operated a stone ground corn meal business on the side from his residence. Mr. Newman has asked that we sell all of his tools, his corn mealing equipment, most of his household furniture, lawn equipment, his wood working equipment, and much more through public auction. There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium charged on all items. The auction will be held on Mr. Newman's property, located at 1174 Buckhall Road, Bossier City, Louisiana. From Bossier City, travel north on Highway 3 (Benton Road). There will be a large newly constructed water tower on the left (west) side of the highway. Buckhall Road will run to the left (west). He is the 6th house on the right side of the road. No items will be sold prior to the auction. Viewing will be held the day of the auction only, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
