REAL ESTATE AUCTION CONDUCTED THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2008 AT 5:30 PM
PROCEDURES: The 404 West Sycamore Street - Liberty, Indiana property (Legal:
12-11-02 Lot 15, SB Wilson Sub.. Liberty Corporation) in Union County, IN / 72
ft. by 139 ft. Lot with Improvements thereon and owned by Martha C. Sweet with
Sharon Stephens will be offered at Public Auction to sell as one unit and
subject to the Owner’s Confirmation. There will be open bidding as determined
by the Auctioneer.
DOWN PAYMENT: 10% Down payment on auction Day with balance due in Cash at
Closing. Down Payment may be made in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check,
Personal Check or Corporate Check. Your Bidding is not conditional upon
financing, so be sure you have that arranged, if needed, and are capable of
paying cash at closing.
TAXES: Said Property (Parcel 81-08-12-102-018.115-003) is currently $
417.36 for the year 2006 payable in 2007 with a Homestead Exemption.
Buyer(s) will assume taxes in the Fall of 2008 and be responsible for filing
their own pertinent exemptions.
