Terms: All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. Mound City Auctions makes no representation or warranties (expressed or implied or arising from usage of trade, as to the merchantability or fitness for any general or particular purpose of any item of inventory. All items must be paid for before they are removed from the auction site. All items are to be removed on the day of the sale unless arrangements are made with the owners of the estate. Once he auctioneer says sold the item becomes the winning bidders property and that bidder is responsible for his or her property once the auctioneer says sold. Payment will be by cash or check (only if known to the auctioneer.) There will be a 4% buyers premium and a 4% discount for cash or check payment. If not known to the auctioneer any check over $100 will require an authorization against a credit card. By attending our auction you agree to be photographed.
