This Auction will include Furniture, Collectibles, Household Items and Many Other Treasures! We haven't even begun to unpack all of the boxes! This auction will be in-house only with no Internet bidding! The family completed a final walk through and only took a handful of items! This auction is going to be huge... some individual items, many pieces of furniture and boxes sold separate and in choice lots! Bring your trucks and trailers because it ALL sells to the highest bidder!

Auctioneer's Note: We have two estates to sell at this auction and reserve the right to add other consignments to the auction if these meet our guidelines for the auction. All estate items will be noted with colored dots to indicate the different estates in the auction.

Terms of the auction: We accept cash, approved checks and Visa/MC- no upcharge on credit cards! There is a 10% buyer's premium in affect as well as 6% SC sales tax unless you have a resale number on file with our company. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Auction sets the course of the auction and has full discretion on sales order, lotting of items and control of the bidding. We reserve the right to add or delete items and all announcements made day of auction take precedence over any previous printed or electronic matter.
