2. Remaining acreage auction will follow home tract.
3. Bidding for acreage tracts will be "Dollars per Acre".
4. High Bidder will have option of taking any one tract or multiple tracts of acreage tracts. There will be no re-grouping of tracts.
5. Purchase Price of acreage tracts will be determined by the "Dollars per Acre" bid multiplied by the Number of Acres advertised in the tract or tracts chosen by the high buyer.
Terms of Real Estate: A 10% non-refundable down payment will apply on the real property. All real and personal property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and we encourage your inspection and understanding of the complete terms and conditions of this auction, prior to bidding. All successful bidders will be required to enter into purchase agreements at the auction site immediately following the close of the auction. Your bidding is not conditional on financing, so make sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying cash at the closing.
