France - The
International Auctioneer and Sommelier Tour Monday June 30 - Tuesday July 15, 2008
Join preeminent charity auctioneer and sommelier Tom DiNardo on his first
annual International Auctioneer and
Sommelier Tour. This year the entourage will be heading to
France on a sixteen day work study program focused on the French
auction and wine industries. The trip begins in Champagne where we tour
a few of the great Champagne houses. The next day finds us in Burgundy
at Puligny Montrachet where we are based for five days. From there we
are off to the Rhone Valley for a day. Bordeaux is our next focal point
where we will tour the great Premier Crus of Bordeaux for three days.
From there it's onto the Loire Valley for one to two days. The last two
days will be spent in Paris where we will celebrate Bastille Day - French Independence Day
