Cash Visa Master Card, or 20% down with balance due in four calendar days.

The auctioneer as a duly authorized representative of Pyramid Motors
reserves the right to the final decision on all auction sales. 2) All
items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS" where located. 3) If a dispute should
arise between bidders, the auctioneer will decide the same or may at
his option again auction the item. All decisions of the auctioneer
shall be final and absolute. 4) The bidder/purchaser assumes complete
responsibility for the item at the moment the auctioneer says "Sold".
5) All persons attending this sale do so at their own risk and assume
all liability for any damage or loss of personal property and
specifically release Pyramid Motors and any authorized representative
thereof from any liability. 6) Absolutely no claims will be accepted
since all items are sold "AS IS WHERE IS". 7) All persons attending
this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the above
terms and conditions and agree to be bound thereby. 8) On the day of
the auction you are required to leave at least 20% down payment for any
vehicle purchased. The balance of the purchase price is due and
payable in our office by the close of business the following
Wednesday. If for any reason you are not able to pay the balance, the
down payment will NOT be refunded. 9) All vehicles to be licensed in
an emission control area are sold tow away, UNLESS Pyramid Motors
identifies the vehicle as having a valid emission test.
BUYER'S FEE per Vehicle:
Bids up to $499.00 - $45.00, $500.00 to $999.00 - $65.00, $1000.00 to
$1999.00 - $75.00, $2000.00 to $2999.00 - $95.00, $3000.00 and up
$115.00.
