THE 2ND DAYS AUCTION WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, FIDAY FEB. 27TH AT 9AM
 
WE WILL BE OFFERING THE CONTENTS OF APPROX. 30 STORAGE UNITS AT 5 OF THE GUARDIAN SELF STORAGE SITES.ALL UNITS WILL BE SOLD IN THIER ENTIRITY.
 
THE AUCTION WILL BEGIN 7452 McKnight Rd at 9AM, then the 750 S. Millvale Ave at 10:30, next the 5873 Centre Ave Site at 11:30AM, next to the 1390 Old Freeport Rd  site at 1:30PM  and finishing at the 350 Old Haymaker Rd site in Monroeville at 3PM
 
ALL units sell in their entirity. TERMS of sale are CASH only, no exceptions.
A $50 cash deposit will be required on all units purchased. This deposit will be returned when the unit is completely cleaned out.
