Terms: All bidders must be pre –registered on or before 11:00 am September 28, 2013 in order to bid, We recommend that all interested buyers contact our office before Thursday, September 26th or on site at 1156 reservoir Rd. between 10:00am-to 11:00 am. September 28, 2013. Contact Martin Auctioneers, Inc.  at (717-354-6671) . Broker Participation will need to be presented before 1:00 pm on September 20, 2013. Bidders will be asked to show evidence of form of down payment and must show picture or approved valid form of identification prior to receiving bidder credentials. Starting at 10:00 am on September 28, 2013 staff will be available on site for final inspection and any other requests of updated information before the start of the auction. Successful bidder/buyer will, immediately upon being determined to be high bidder, sign the purchaser’s agreement and make- minimum 10% down payment using pre- approved funds and or in form of personal /business check with current bank letter of guaranteed payment made payable to “ The New Holland Borough Authority” . Full settlement will be on or before 60 days.

All tracts sold AS/IS. Martin Auctioneers, Inc and or The New Holland Borough Authority reserve the right to deny Bidder credentials to any person/s not meeting bidder and or payment requirements. Bidder will review the conditions of sale prepared by seller’s Counsel prior to the auction. Prospective Purchasers must rely solely upon their own investigations and due diligence.
