Kenny Bland Auctions & Appraisals constructed a 5,000 square foot building, named "Kenny Bland Auction Pavilion" in 1981.   Through the years, we have updated this fantastic facility, and today, it is completely modern, climate-controlled with large seating capacity, a clean, yummy cafe and gender restrooms.

Address:  2546 State Ferry Road, near Whitehall, IN.  Driving directions:  From Indianapolis, take Hwy 37 south to Bloomington's Third Street/Hwy 48 West Exit.  Take this exit west for approximately 8 miles to where Hwy 48 ends and Hwy 43 North begins (no stop required; just a sign change).  You will drive into the "mecca" of Whitehall, and proceed to the top of the very, very steep hill in Whitehall, then turn south (left) onto State Ferry Road and follow for 2 miles to our large blue buildings and black-board fences.   Plenty of off-road parking in our parking lots, etc... 

Or from Spencer, IN, and McCormick's Creek State Park on Hwy 46, turn south onto Hwy 43 for 9 miles to Whitehall.  Turn south (right) onto State Ferry Road and follow for 2 miles to the Pavilion with blue buildings and black board fences...
