Bill Gibson entered the real estate profession in 1976. His company, Action Auction & Realty, was the first full-time real estate agency in Pike County, Kentucky. He is now currently located in Floyd County, Kentucky.
Bill helped form the Big Sandy Board of Realtors and served three separate terms as president of that organization. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, thus earning the GRI designation. He also taught evening classes in real estate marketing for two years at Prestonsburg Community College.
A graduate of the Missouri Auction School and the Certified Auctioneers Institute, Bill is also a member of the Kentucky & National Auctioneer Associations and is a past president of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association.
Bill has been a member of the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers for the past five years. He was also inducted into the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers' Hall of Fame in 2003.
Bill currently spends the majority of his time conducting auctions in Floyd, Johnson, Martin, and Pike Counties, Kentucky. However, he is available to perform auctions in other counties as well. Most of his current auctions are local foreclosures from local and regional banks. |
