As a second-generation auctioneer, Elizabeth Monarch entered into the Auction and Real Estate Industry in 2001. She has worked in the Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, Spencer, Henry, Meade and Breckinridge County areas for the past nine years. Elizabeth is a Board of Directors Member for March of Dimes, Board Member Transylvania University Executive Alumni Board, Director of Business Networking International, Board Member of Louisville Women Council of Realtors, Greater Louisville Association of Realtors KAR Delegate, 2008 LeadershipKAR Program, and a member of Junior League of Louisville. In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneer’s Association. In 2008,Elizabeth received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. She is a multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales and is Ranked the #5 RE/MAX Agent in Kentucky for 2010.
Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Transylvania Unversity in Lexington, Kentucky and received her Masters in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. Elizabeth is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana.
