 As a second-generation auctioneer, Elizabeth Monarch entered into the Auction and Real Estate Industry in 2001. She has worked in the Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, Spencer, Henry, Meade and Breckinridge County areas for the past eight years. Elizabeth is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Louisville Board of Realtors, a Board of Directors Member for March of Dimes, Junior League of Louisville, Transylvania University Louisville Alumni Association, 2008 LeadershipKAR Program, and a Business Networking International Assistant Director. In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneer’s Association. Elizabeth received in 2008 the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. She is a multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales and was Ranked the #6 RE/MAX Agent in Kentucky for 2008.



Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Transylvania Unversity in Lexington, Kentucky and received her Masters in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. Elizabeth is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana.
