 >Kenny Bland Auctions & Appraisals was founded in 1977 by Col. Kenny Bland and wife, Sherry Bland and their three children (Doug, age 14; Dianna, age 12; and Dirk, age 7).

Doug, Dianna, and Dirk --The "three D's"-- began working auctions from the very first sale along side their parents, Kenny and Sherry, in 1977.


Daughter, Dianna, received her auctioneer's license in 1982 at age 18;. Son, Dirk, followed in 1994. Today, sister/brother team, Dianna Bland-Hancock and Dirk R. Bland continue this professional and certified appraisal and auction company, along side mother, the company bookkeeper, Sherry Bland.



BLAND-HANCOCK CERTIFIED APPRAISALS AND KB A&A conduct auctions on-site at the residence or farm or commercial property.

We also accept consignments....
The Kenny Bland Auction Pavilion was built in 1981 and today, is a 5000-square-foot modern facility which is home to regular multi-estate Antique Auctions on selected Thursdays and Saturdays all year long.


BLAND-HANCOCK CERTIFIED APPRAISALS AND KB A&A have two professional personal property appraisers, both Dianna and Dirk. We provide court-approved, insurance-standard documented appraisals and/or verbal appraisals. Dianna is a certified personal property appraiser with the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. Both are members of the Indiana Auctioneers Association.
