Each of us wears many hats. I am one of the few individuals in the state of Indiana that is licensed as general appraiser, auctioneer and real estate agent/broker. My associates and I strive to take care of our clients' complete real estate needs.
I have an agricultural background, so I do many land sales and rural land sales. I have been involved in commercial, industrial, lots and farm ground. I enjoy doing joint real estate auctions with other RE/MAX agents. I have twelve years of experience in the real estate auction business. My associates and I have done auctions throughout Indiana.
In regard to private residential sales, I focus on Hancock, Rush, Shelby, and eastern Marion counties of Indiana. My office is in New Palestine and I would be pleased to assist you with your property in the Indianapolis area or Central Indiana.
