Since then, he was the first auctioneer to sell large quantities of homes in single auction events for H.U.D., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and did the first last and most auctions for the R.T.C. during their existence. His largest auctions include the sale of 450 houses in ten days all over the State of Texas for First City Bank (Houston), 400 plus homes all over Texas for the R.T.C., 250 condos and townhomes in a weekend for H.U.D. and the sale of the Omni Shoreham hotel in Washington, D.C. for a bankruptcy court.
