Dr. Joe Abal is a licensed Florida Auctioneer (AU3239) and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker (BK 3111947). He is owner and principal of Abal Auction Real Estate Company (AB 2387). Dr. Abal is a member of the National Auctioneer Association and holds the organization’s highest designations. Dr. Abal is an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE), and a Certified Estate Specialists (CES). Dr. Abal is also a personal property appraiser and holds the designation of Master Personal Property Appraiser. He is USPAP certified and has completed recertification as a USPAP Appraiser. He has completed Course I of the Certified Auctioneers Institute and remains a candidate for completion of the designation.
In addition to real estate and personal property, Dr. Abal has special training in the conduct of Benefit Auctions and has conducted 12 – 15 benefit events a year. He has been an auctioneer for 6 years and still remains active as a forensic reconstruction scientist, a field he has worked in for 30 years. He is a Board Certified Reconstructionist. Dr. Abal also holds a speciality in automobile and motorcycle restoration and has owned Abal Motor Company for the past 25 years.
