Dr. Joseph A. Abal is a 30 year veteran of the forensic reconstruction industry. Approximately two years ago Dr. Abal started preparing himself for a professional career in the auctioning field, specifically in the auctioning of real property in addition to personal property.
He is a licensed Florida Auctioneer and Realtor, and a member of the National Auctioneers Association. In addition, Dr. Abal has thoroughly prepared himself for his industry since he has completed the National Auctioneers Association Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate three part program in addition to the Graduate Personal Property Appraiser Program.
He is a Certified Estate Specialist, able to help people in matters of closing estates through the auction method of marketing. Dr. Abal also holds certification in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices, a program administered by the American Society of Appraisers relative to the appraising of personal property. The USPAP designation is specific to acceptance in courtrooms, both State and Federal.
He and his partner, Betty Jane Evans, have been published in the National Auctioneers Association Magazine relative to the liquidation auction of a former Realtor and auctioneer in the Tallahassee, Florida area.
He has completed specific auctioneer training in subjects relative to the auctioning of real property including multi-parcel, single parcel family, residential property, and commercial property. In the real estate field he holds the required real estate license, and has completed his post licensing training.
Dr. Abal holds Board Accreditation 521 as a Reconstructionist and has testified thousands of times as an expert in the last 27 years. He continues to consult as time permits.
