Blake Kennedy has been an auctioneer since 1997. He is a contract auctioneer who has called over 1000 sales including antique, estate and many charity auctions. Kennedy Brothers Auctions has an auction twice a month at the auction house in St. Petersburg. Blake also calls monthly auctions for some of the biggest auction houses in Florida. He will also auction off the estates right at the home. He received his license from the Florida Auctioneer Academy in Orlando, Florida and is a member of the National Auctioneer Associations.
Showing his accomplished skills as an auctioneer, Blake has received many awards at the Florida auctioneer bid calling championships and has been a guest speaker on the Martha Stewart Living radio show about the auction business.
Blake is a Certified Estate Specialist(CES), Master Graduate of Personal Property Appraiser(MPPA) and is an expert witness in the courts of five different Counties in Florida. Blake and Brett are both real estate agents. They can liquidate, buy, sell, ship, store and move one item or the complete estate for you.
