Gloria Lynn Gardner, The Institute's founder and President, has served as a leading auctioneer, trainer and speaker within the real estate auction industry since 1989; she also co-founded the Auction Department for Long & Foster, the largest independently owned real estate firm in the nation. In 1992 Lynn founded the National Institute of Real Estate School of Auctioneering where she has trained hundreds of auctioneers with a focus on law and ethics. Lynn has sold thousands of properties over her auction career.
As a result of the success that was attributed to the auction efforts for Long & Foster, numerous brokers across the country have retained Lynn to assist in building an in-house auction arm for their general brokerage business.
